The Jointthe chiropractic place is looking for Full Time and Part Time Front Desk Sales Associates. In some areas, we are seeking someone with Office Management experience.
Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and energetic individual with customer service and sales experience to be the first point of contact for our patients and members. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to clearly explain the purpose, mission, and offerings that The Jointthe chiropractic place has to offer.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
90% sales, the candidate needs to help generate leads, meet daily goals, work as a team.
Greet patients and assist patients in completing required paperwork
Educate patients on wellness offerings
Sell memberships, complete transactions using point of sale software, and ensure all member accounts are current and accurate
Manage clinic phone calls
Find and implement marketing opportunities to help the clinic build new patient counts
Track success of marketing
Manage day to day of clinic operations such as ensuring it's clean, inventory is stocked and the overall business is running as it should
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (associates degree or higher preferred).
Cheerful demeanor
Able to work weekends/evenings (as required)
Able to use office equipment; computer, scanner, fax, and phone system
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace
Dedication to high quality service
Maintain a professional appearance and appropriate attire
Enthusiastic approach to customer service
Confident in presenting and selling service offerings
Office management or marketing experience a plus!
Abilities Required
Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
Pay
Hourly plus bonus potential
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
