As a Dental Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our dental office. You will play a vital role in ensuring a positive WOW patient experience, managing & inspiring office staff, and contributing to the overall success of our practice.Key
Responsibilities:
Administrative Leadership:
o Supervise and lead office staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. o Oversee daily office operations, including appointment scheduling, patient registration, and billing processes. o Clearly communicate with back staff to ensure back to front collaboration. o Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.Patient
Experience:
o Ensure a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for patients. o Handle patient inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain excellent patient relations. o Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize appointment scheduling and manage patient flow.Financial Management:
o Manage billing and insurance processes, ensuring accurate and timely submissions. o Monitor accounts receivable and implement strategies to maintain our collections at 99+%. o Collaborate with the team leaders to develop and adhere to the office budget. o Present financing options to patients with high dollar treatment plans.Team Development:
o Recruit, train, and supervise office staff, fostering a high-performance culture. o Organize office playbooks and systems to ensure consistent and efficient operations. o Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and promote teamwork. o Provide ongoing training to ensure staff members are well-equipped to perform their duties.
Qualifications:
Possess a genuine and contagious enthusiasm for the success and well-being of others. Proven experience as a Dental Office Manager. Strong knowledge of dental office procedures, billing, and insurance processes. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Eaglesoft and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent grasp of the English language. Strong communication skills. Team management skills. Conflict management skills. Attention to detail and thoroughness. Education and Certification:
o Dental office management certification is a plus. o Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field preferred.
