We are currently seeking a Barista/Smoothie Production to join our team at Kreation.
As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Krew by creating exceptional food, juices, smoothies, and coffees while maintaining Kreation's high standards for service, style, selection, and excellence.
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers feel welcome and valued Prepare and serve high-quality food, juices, smoothies, and coffees Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times Ensure that all products are prepared and presented to Kreation's high standards Committed to exceptional standards for quality, consistency, taste, presentation, and proper customization of orders; works quickly and efficiently to deliver fast and accurate preparation of guest orders Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences and dietary requirements Support and collaborate with the Store Krew to ensure a smooth and efficient operation Benefits include:

Kreation has many opportunities for career development and growth as we keep expanding across Southern California with twenty three current stores in the Los Angeles Greater Area Requirements:
Must be able to stand during the entire shift, often up to 8 hours with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting plates, boxes, and objects up to 30 pounds up to 5 times per shift.
- Must be comfortable with some exposure to steam, high/low temperatures, and humidity.
- Must have a flexible schedule and be available for weekends and closing shifts.
- Must have high energy, awesome communication, team-orientation, and be a diligent worker.
Must have a Food Handler's Card and pass all the requisite training and certifications assigned to the role within 2 weeks of the Hire Date.
