We are seeking a few highly motivated Service/Sales associates to join our team.
We are an all year round Patio store and Hot tub store.
In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting with product inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
May include respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, self starter, the ability to keep busy - Provide accurate information about products and services - Assist customers with placing special orders or POS sales.
tracking orders scheduling deliveries, addressing concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Working as a team with others to ensure customers needs are met - Conduct and provide recommendations based on customer needs.
Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends!
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
A clean neat appearance is required.
Basic math skills for accurate order processing.
