Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls from tenants - Assist with facilities management, including coordinating repairs and maintenance - Perform property maintenance tasks as needed, such as cleaning - Provide administrative support, including filing and organizing documents - Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and service providers - Leasing units-Show units, screen applicants and preform move ins.
Process move outs - Weekly property visits to Oakland and Vallejo are required - Laundry coin collection
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in data entry and computer software applications - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of property management principles and practices is a plus Applicant is required to possess a valid Drivers Licence and transpertaion (mileage is reimbursed) If you are a motivated individual with a passion for property management and are looking for a company you can grow with we would love to hear from you.
