We are looking for an experienced professional who has worked in the pet care industry, detail-oriented customer service representatives to our hospital.
Lone Tree Animal Care is in search of an individual who has worked in the veterinary field, dedicated individuals to join our team and help us provide excellent care to our clients and their furry family members.
Shifts are flexible but hospital hours are:
Monday-Friday:
8am - 7pm Saturday:
9am - 4pm Sunday:

Responsibilities:
Answering a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments and communicate with clients and team members effectively.
Greeting clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner.
Have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
Have general knowledge of veterinary products (preventatives, medications, veterinary diets, etc.
) Handling invoices, collecting payments and processing end of day reports.
Maintaining accurate patient records and client communications.
Providing exemplary, compassionate customer service.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
